Zen and the hot dogs

Did you hear about the Zen Master from Tibet who visited New York?

He went up to a hot dog cart vendor, offered a $20 bill, and insisted: "Make me one with everything."

The vendor put the bill in the cash box, and closed it.

"Where's my change?" asked the Zen Master.

The vendor replied... "Change must come from within."
