Final Question

A company had advertised for someone to fill an important position within their firm. They interviewed countless applicants and at last narrowed their search down to three people.

In an attempt to pick the best possible individual, they decided to give them all one last question, the same question which they would have 24 hours to provide an answer, and the one deemed to have the best answer, would of course get the job.

The question posed to them was:

A man and a woman are lying in bed, both nude. The woman is lying on her side with her back towards the man, and the man is lying on his side facing the woman's back. What's the man's name?

After the 24 hours was up, the three were brought in to give their answers.

The first man stated, "My answer to the question is there is no answer."

The second man entered and delivered this answer; "There is no way to determine the answer with the information we were given."

The third guy sauntered in and said; "I'm not exactly sure, but I have it narrowed down to two names; it's either Willie Turner or Willie Nailer?"

The company hired the third man.
