Globaltoolbar.com is a website search engine organized into a wide variety of categories and groups. It utilizes 4 of the top pay per click search engines along with a supplemental database of sites. It can load as your start page or take over as your default search engine in Internet Explorer. It also may add a web toolbar to Internet Explorer called globaltoolbar.com
How to Remove Global Toolbar
Remove GlobalToolbar.com as your Start Page
Internet Explorer
| • | Click on Tools, Internet Options |
| • | In the Homepage section type the address of the page you would like as your start page |
| • | Click Ok |
Netscape
| • | Click on Edit, Preferences |
| • | Click on Navigator on the left hand side |
| • | Find the Home Page section and type the address of the page you would like as your start page |
| • | Click Ok |
Remove GlobalToolbar.com Toolbar
Use the following uninstall utility available from there website to remove the toolbar or search engine option. Its a zipped file so you'll have to unzip it before executing it.
