Quick steps to open Device Manager:

1.Click Start
2.Right-click on My Computer
3.Choose properties
4.Select the Hardware tab
5.Click the Device Manager button

 

- OR -

 

1.Click Start
2.Right-click on My Computer
3.Choose Manage
4.Select the Device Manager branch

 

•Specifically look for expanded branches that contain items with a yellow exclamation mark.  These items may require attention.
•Not all flagged items are a problem
