Quick Start > Drive Integrity

It is important that before work is performed that the drive is checked for errors. If errors are detected, they should be corrected prior to proceeding. Running many of the processed described here can cause more harm than good of the drive has errors.

Quick steps to run Check Disk:

1.	Right-click on the drive

2.	Choose properties

3.	Select the Tools tab

4.	Click the Check Now button

5.	Click Start

Note: that the Two check boxes should not be checked.
