I believe ad-aware with current definitions will remove this--

Download both Ad-aware and RefUpdate, and run Refupdate first, then ad-aware.
It appears to be adware / spyware. Looks like you may have installed it yourself. Watch out for "free" web sites. The links below may also be helpful:
