This can be very time consuming. If the drive is fairly new and was not heavily cluttered, it can be post-phoned and even performed by the end user.
However, if the drive was heavily cluttered or heavily infested, it is highly recommended that this be performed as soon as possible.
Crap Cleaner is a much better program to run than the Windows Disk Cleanup. It is much more comprehensive and faster.
