Tad was killed in automobile accident in Louisiana during the summer between his freshman and sophomore year at Northwestern. He was one of the kindest, nicest and smartest people I've known and I've thought about him often over the past 20 years! He had a great sense of humor and always had something funny to say at the right moments. I will always be grateful for his friendship. Marca Thomas Price
I always knew who Tad was but didn't really got to know him well until my senior year while I was dating one of his best friends, Ben Shepherd. Tad was a kind, gentle soul and a great person to have as a friend. I remember hearing about his accident one summer. His death was a great shock to me and it deeply saddened me to hear about it.
